Asia Aviation Public Company Limited ("the Company") and Thai AirAsia Company
(Company's subsidiary) would like to inform that the Company has acknowledged
the resignation of Mr. Pongsathorn Siriyodhin as Chairman of the Board, Chairman
of the Audit Committee and Independent Director since he has personal duties,
effective September 21, 2012 onwards. The company will then proceed with the
appointment of a new director and will inform later.
