Thai AirAsia promotes environmental sustainability by supporting travel on the Trang–Bangkok route for the 11th FOR SEA Youth Camp project by the For Sea Foundation. Under the theme “Waves for Change,” the initiative aims to inspire and cultivate a conservation mindset for marine resources among the younger generation.

Through this support, Thai AirAsia aims to be part of driving positive change by promoting accurate knowledge on marine ecosystem conservation. This aligns with the company’s sustainability policy, which emphasizes environmental stewardship alongside responsible business operations. Under this initiative, selected youth participants will have the opportunity to learn about the livelihoods of local fishing communities in Trang, take part in seagrass cultivation to help restore marine ecosystems, and learn scuba diving to experience the underwater world up close.

This collaboration with the For Sea Foundation is part of AirAsia’s Guide for Aviation Sustainability, expanding its focus from reducing impacts in the air to supporting the protection of marine natural resources, which are an essential foundation of Thailand’s tourism industry, while advancing sustainability in all dimensions.
