Bangkok, August 05, 2026 – AirAsia Thailand (flight code FD) is elevating the inflight dining experience with the launch of its latest onboard meal, SEE FAH’s Signature Braised Chicken in Brown Sauce, a legendary signature dish from SEE FAH, one of the Thailand's most iconic restaurant brands with over 90 years of culinary heritage. Prepared using the restaurant's original recipe, the new menu allows guests to enjoy an authentic Thai favourite while travelling. The launch also marks the celebration of an 18-year partnership between Thai AirAsia and SEE FAH, bringing quality meals to millions of travellers. The menu is now available until 30 September 2026 and can be pre-booked on both Thai AirAsia (FD) and Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flights.

Over the past 18 years, the collaboration has expanded to include more than 100 savoury and dessert menu items, delivering memorable dining experiences to passengers across the airline's network. Popular favourites introduced through the partnership include Uncle Chin's Chicken Rice, ML.Noi Thai Basil Chicken with Rice, Chicken Teriyaki with Rice, Pak Nasser's Nasi Lemak, and Green Curry Chicken with Rice and Salted Egg. This long-standing collaboration reflects both brands' shared commitment to offering high-quality meals from trusted Thai restaurants, enhancing the overall travel experience for AirAsia guests.

The new menu is available for advance pre-booking on all Thai AirAsia (FD) and Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flights via the AirAsia website or the AirAsia MOVE app up to 24 hours before departure.

Simply present an AirAsia boarding pass from flights travelled between 15 July and 30 September 2026 to receive THB 50 off when ordering the Signature Braised Chicken in Brown Sauce or any Clay Pot menu at participating SEE FAH restaurants nationwide.
